Microsoft MCSE and MCSA Certification Training is Back in the Phoenix Area

San Francisco, CA, September 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- ONLC Training Centers is now offering Windows Server and System Center courses that prepare Phoenix-area IT professionals in for Microsoft’s new MCSE and MCSA certifications. The Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) certifications was introduced in the late 1990’s and was widely recognized as the premier IT certification of the time. It was later followed by the Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certification in the early 2000’s. Combined they were a well known brand for Microsoft’s certifications.

With the release of Windows Vista in 2008, Microsoft retired those popular certifications. Now, in hopes of increasing the name recognition for it’s certifications, Microsoft recently revived the popular acronyms MCSE and MCSA with a slight twist. They now stand for Microsoft Certified Solution Associate and Microsoft Certified Solution Expert.

Several of the new infrastructure-related certifications are based on the Windows Server 2012 and System Center 2012 products. Windows Server 2012 exams cover new features related to virtualization, networking, storage, cloud computing, and automation. System Center 2012 exams include questions related to the core products and automated management solutions such as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), System Center Data Protection Manager and Virtual Machine Manager (VMM).

ONLC Training Centers has two Phoenix-area classroom locations with facilities in Phoenix and Scottsdale. A third Arizona classroom is in downtown Tucson. With these 3 facilities, ONLC Training Centers has more classroom locations in Arizona than any other IT training provider.

“We are seeing a significant amount of interest in Microsoft’s new MCSE program. I have personally talked to many IT professionals who earned the old Windows NT MCSE certification over a decade ago but have not upgraded their certifications,” said Andy Williamson, CEO of ONLC Training Centers. “The familiar MCSE certification has prompted them to update their credentials,” he continued. The new MCSE private cloud certification also requires System Center 2012 classes.
