Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok welcomes visiting Chef Matias Aldasoro from Santa Julia and Zuccardi wines in Argentina this coming September 14th and 18th; 2 nights. Back after an amazing event last year, Chef Matias will begin by preparing an illustrious 5 course dinner with wines paired for each course on the evening of the 14th. The event on the 18th will start with wine and canapés poolside followed by a wine dinner served family style both being at the da Vinci Restaurant.

The evening of the 14th will be an elegant display of both chefs creating a menu that will prove to be amazing coupled by wines found deep in the Zuccardi cellar. The highlights on the 18th will include Santa Julia wines rated by Wine Spectator served with amazing canapés by the pool followed by dinner with Zuccardi wines rated highly by Robert Parker served an asado of prime Argentine beef, Northern Argentine farmer’s sausage and lamb with salsa criolla and much more served in a unique family style. The cuisine has been carefully matched to wines from Santa Julia and Zuccardi for an exclusive Argentine dining experience.

Chef Matias Aldasoro has a wide range of cooking and training experience both in Argentina and internationally. His experience at five star hotels and restaurants allows Chef Matias to manipulate fine ingredients into a unique culinary journey. “I am absolutely thrilled Chef Matias is coming back to the Rembrandt.
