New Coldwell Banker Harrisburg PA Sales Office Announced

Harrisburg, PA, September 20, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Coldwell Banker Select Professionals announced this week that the firm has opened a new Harrisburg real estate office at 4785 Linglestown Road. Grand opening ceremonies are planned for Tuesday September 24th.

The new office represents a large expansion of the nationally-recognized real estate brokerage’s presence in Dauphin County and the Harrisburg real estate market. “By moving our agents from the old location to this new, expanded facility we’ve been able to provide many more options for the agents joining us each week,” observed Coldwell Banker Homestead Group Select Professionals partner Ryan Hess. The brokerage had previously occupied a smaller space in the same area along the busy Harrisburg corridor.

The space is comprised of numerous agent and real estate team offices, several conference rooms and a café style training area and lounge. Each area is equipped with the latest technology in media display and internet access. Also housed in the new location are offices for Fulton Bank and GMH mortgage, as well as Guardian Transfer title services who will be performing real estate settlements right on the premises. The Clearspan Agency will offer insurance consultations onsite as well.

The Grand Opening event will be an open house from 11:30 to 1:30 with local dignitaries arriving at 12:30 for a special ribbon-cutting ceremony. Live entertainment and lunch will be on hand as well.
