Cyber Graphics Acquires Flex Pre-Press in Franklin, WI. The partnership will bolster the existing strengths of Flex Pre-Press, expand the market share of Cyber Graphics, and provide greater efficiencies to both organizations.
Memphis, TN, September 26, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Cyber Graphics, LLC, a leading pre-media and media provider to the flexographic industry based in Memphis, Tennessee, announced today that it has entered a binding agreement to acquire Flex Pre-Press, Inc., a graphic arts and media provider located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Terry Young, director of Business for Cyber Graphics, expressed, “The addition of Flex Pre-Press to the Cyber family of companies will provide a major benefit to both existing and future customers. In today’s competitive market, many organizations are faced with the never-ending challenge to continually improve services. Core competencies for Cyber Graphics include its CyberXtend process for producing expanded gamut separations, design, photography, physical and digital mock-ups, color management, production of both flat and in-the-round photopolymer media, flat top dots, high-resolution Imaging and laser engraving. “We bring a level of expertise and experience that will complement and enhance the services offered by Flex Pre-Press,” said Young. “The partnership will bolster the existing strengths of Flex Pre-Press, expand the market share of Cyber Graphics, and provide greater efficiencies to both organizations.”
The integration of both companies will take place over the next six months. Flex Pre-Press will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Cyber Graphics, initially under the name “Flex—A Division of Cyber Graphics.” All clients will continue to receive the same high quality services that they have come to expect.
