)-- Customerservice.ae, an online magazine about customer service in the UAE, has launched its new website design, which is fresh and a more digitally interactive layout. Space has been allocated very resourcefully to significant parts including advertisement banners, featured articles and recently added reports.
The reports and cases published on the website are presented on a one-page flow, instead of slideshows that make it very easy for the reader to read and sift through the website. The reports can be found in the categories of industries as well as in the search bar or author bio.
The new design pays great focus on the advertisement bars and provides ample space for advertisers to display their ads. There was previously only one ad runner on the top page, but now more ad banners have been added as well. Along with this, the new tab of “Media kit” has also been incorporated for businesses to see and ask for ad placement for their respective businesses.
A new addition incorporated in the new design of customerservice.ae is the slider of the “featured articles”, which will include articles that are a must read, along with their descriptions, so viewers of the website can get a glimpse of them as well as know what the website is about.
The tab “write for us” is also a new addition in the website, which lets other capable writers to sign up and contribute to the website through their pieces of work. New features like, “most read”, “subscribe” and “recent comments” have also been added to the new outlook of the website, in order to make it more interactive and engaging for the reader who can leave comments with their feedback as well as read what others want to say about it.
