Nosh Introduces Its Food Tours to Las Vegas, Debuting at Caesars Palace

The food tasting and walking inaugural tour is September 21 on the famed Las Vegas Strip.

Las Vegas, NV, September 28, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Nosh Las Vegas has a new treat for Sin City foodies: the opening of its first route at Caesars Palace, one of The Strip's legendary resorts. Created by the team behind Bite San Diego, the top-rated culinary tour company in San Diego, Nosh Las Vegas will guide guests on three-hour culinary journeys throughout Sin City.

The first tour from Nosh Las Vegas, the Caesars Palace Tour, will be held every Saturday and Sunday from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. beginning the weekend of September 21 and will include stops at five restaurants inside the resort.

“After seeing so much success with our Bite San Diego food walking tours, we wanted to expand this concept to other great foodie cities. Vegas was an obvious choice,” said Rebecca Bamberger, the Founder of Nosh Las Vegas and Bite San Diego. “Similar to San Diego, Las Vegas has evolved its culinary scene tremendously in the last decade. With restaurants from some of the world’s leading restaurateurs, Caesars Palace is the perfect location to kick off our sinfully delicious tours.”

Caesars Palace introduced the now ubiquitous celebrity chef restaurant to the Las Vegas strip with the opening of Wolfgang Puck’s Spago in 1982 and has continued to attract the best chefs in the world in a persistent quest for culinary excellence. The illustrious family of Caesars Palace restaurants now includes Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill, Payard Pâtisserie & Bistro, Rao’s, two Michelin-star Restaurant Guy Savoy, Beijing Noodle No. 9, Serendipity 3, the 24-hour Central Michel Richard and legendary Old Homestead. In 2012, Caesars Palace redefined the Las Vegas buffet with the award-winning Bacchanal Buffet and, most recently, opened the highly-anticipated Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill and Nobu Restaurant and Lounge. Caesars Palace’s culinary achievement has been recognized by Bon Appetit as one of the 40 best food lover’s hotels in America, calling out the hand-pulled noodles at Beijing Noodle No. 9 as “a nice break from the typical Vegas indulgences.”

The Nosh Las Vegas tour will lead up to 15 guests on a 1-mile tour with stops including Serendipity 3, Beijing Noodle #9, Payard Patisserie & Bistro, Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill and Old Homestead Steakhouse.

Each restaurant will offer a generous taste of their signature dish, and guests will be treated to an overview of the restaurants' highlights, such as traditional Chinese handmade noodle making at Beijing Noodle #9 and crepe making at James Beard Pastry Chef of the Year Francois Payard’s Patisserie and Bistro. Between the restaurant stops, an experienced and foodie-fan tour guide will share fun facts and stories about the hotel, such as its start as a destination "where all guests would feel like Julius Caesar."

Tickets are $59 per person and booked in advance online via Nosh Las Vegas’ website or Zerve.
