Unit Brazil to Sell Acai Berry Juice from RAJA FRUTAS

Sao Paulo, Brazil, September 14, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Unit Brazil, a 15 years background ingredients brokering house based in Sao Paulo has been hired by RAJA FRUTAS to develop and manage the exports of acai berry products, mainly the pasteurized and frozen juice packed in drums which is the most demanded acai raw material for juice bottlers, nutraceutical stuff makers and flavor houses. RAJA FRUTAS counts on state-of-the-art facility located in Santa Barbara-PA, working in accordance to the HACCP requirements as well as kosher standard.

According to John Laurino, Unit Brazil´s CEO : "We care for the quality of our products from the very begining, from the moment the acai is taken off the trees to the loading of the containers at our facility".

RAJA FRUTAS plans to make approximately 4,000 tons of acai juice in the 2009 season. Most of this production will be shipped to USA where the acai is already used by many companies to make hundreds of different products from cosmetics and capsules to ice cream, smoothies and juices.
