Toll Brothers Colorado Participates in Light the Night Walk

Denver, CO, October 12, 2013 --(PR.com)-- The Colorado Division of Toll Brothers, along with their friends, family and vendors, took steps to fight cancer by participating in the recent Light the Night Walk for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The Toll Brothers team raised nearly $2,700 in memory of Joel Rassman, Toll Brothers’ Chief Financial Officer, who lost his two-year battle with leukemia in 2010.

More than 1 million people in the U.S. are living with blood cancer. Toll Brothers Assistant Project Manager Amanda Champion served as the co-captain for the Toll Brothers Colorado Fundraising Walk Team which participated for the second year. “We had more people participate and raised more money this year,” explains Champion. “It’s a fun way to raise money against diseases that hit close to home for so many of us. We were proud to help the Society reach its goal of more than $1 million with the event.”
