They wish to express their extreme gratitude to their readers and commenters.
WarriorsOfWeight.com magazine will change its publication date from Monday mornings to Tuesday mornings at 7:00 am. They will be offering the same diverse content including the newest techniques in habit change using fitness, meditation, nutrition, tai chi and the other mind/body modes, music, dance, psychology, all medicine - which includes Traditional Chinese Medicine, Western Medicine and all other healing disciplines.
Each issue will continue to offer simple habit change solutions in lay terms by providing action steps that the average person can understand and execute.
Plus, each issue will continue to offer one-minute exercise every week, the idea being that just about everyone can manage one minute of work without burnout, anxiety or failure, no matter what size, shape, condition. And just one minute jump starts us to believe in habit change.
The next issue of WarriorsOfWeight.com will come out on Tuesday, October 22, 2013. This is a permanent change in publication date.
