Energy Start-Up Funds Local Student's Educational Trip

Houston, TX, October 30, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Torch Energy Solutions, a boutique energy advisory firm out of Houston, funded Erica Rodriguez to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum on National Security: Exploring American Diplomacy, Intelligence and Defense in Washington D.C from October 9 to 14.

During the program, Erica met key leaders in the defense, intelligence and diplomatic communities and explored career opportunities for the future. She was selected to join the Dulles National Security Action Meeting group where she worked closely with other driven youth.

The energy start-up was eager to support a local, driven student by scholarship. Torch Energy Solutions is actively searching for additional philanthropic opportunities to back.
