Continual Service Improvement Implementation Guide Added in PinkATLAS™

Burlington, Canada, November 08, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Pink Elephant announced it has added six documents as part of its latest monthly release of PinkATLAS™, the company’s IT Service Management (ITSM) and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) online resource center. The October 2013 PinkATLAS release consists of a new Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Implementation Guide, which includes one project template, four process templates and one supporting document. This is the 18th Implementation Guide to be added to the PinkATLAS reference library, and can be found in the Implementation Guides section of the resource.

Pink Elephant’s resource additions reflect the latest revisions of ITIL 2011 and are now available for download to PinkATLAS subscribers. The updated resources are as follows:

Project Template
· Continual Service Improvement Practice Kick-Off – This presentation outlines the CSI and the Seven-Step Improvement implementation processes

Process Templates
· Overview Template – Provides a general overview of the CSI process and highlights its purpose and objectives, scope, benefits, key terms and definitions, and roles and responsibilities
· High Level Design Template – A high level discussion of the Seven-Step Improvement process, including the process flow, process activity descriptions, RACI Matrix, process policies, and integration points with services, other ITSM processes and the service lifecycle stages
· Management Information Template – Describes an approach to performance measures within the CSI practice organized along the lines of CSFs and KPIs, and broken out by service, process, lifecycle stages, and the CSI practice itself
· Process Diagrams – Provides editable Visio® flow charts used in the High Level Design Templates described above

Supporting Document
· Continual Process Improvement – Author Gary Case, one of Pink's respected Principal Consultants, shares a systematic approach to continual process improvement, addressing objectives, methods, roles and responsibilities, check lists and common process problem indicators
