Top Agents at Frank Howard Allen Excited by Move to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

San Rafael, CA, November 14, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Just two weeks after joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, dozens of the top agents from Frank Howard Allen Realtors are already expressing excitement about the move, citing greater resources, agent support, marketing tools and potential for expanding their business.

Last month's marriage of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and Frank Howard Allen brought together two of the most storied and prestigious brokerages in the Bay Area and created a North Bay real estate powerhouse. It also brought many of FHA's most successful Marin and Sonoma County agents together with Coldwell Banker's all-star team for the first time.

The 13 FHA offices that joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage featured 280 sales associates who accounted for approximately $1.7 billion in sales volume in the last 12 months. Prior to the announcement, Coldwell Banker had 57 offices and 3,600 sales associates in Northern California representing $17.7 billion in sales volume in 2012.

For those FHA agents, the move has meant an opportunity to refresh, recharge and renew their real estate careers.

"As real estate professionals, the company with whom you choose to affiliate can mean the difference between remaining stagnant in your career or growing, excelling and reaching new heights," said Rick Turley, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. "As the newest members of our Coldwell Banker team are discovering, this partnership is opening up an exciting new world of opportunity for them - one that brings a much greater level of support, innovative technology, advanced marketing tools and personal skill development."

Alva Falla, a Frank Howard Allen Hall Of Fame agent from San Rafael, was just one of the newcomers who expects the move to make a big difference to her business.

"This is really a great development for me and my colleagues," she said. "We're now with the leader in real estate with exposure worldwide that will benefit all our clients and agents. Coldwell Banker has so many resources, such great technology and so many innovations. It's a great marriage and really exciting."

Jeanie Olson, a Santa Rosa agent, said she has been impressed with Coldwell Banker in educating, informing and problem solving in the initial days of the transition. "Change can be hard and we all process it differently," she noted. "But I am starting to see a renewed sense of excitement among my colleagues about the possibilities afforded us with the CB resources."

Tamara Fisher, a top agent from Mill Valley, said: "I'm really excited by what this can do for my business. I really like what I've seen of Coldwell Banker's marketing capabilities, its Internet presence, and its tech platforms. The company is extremely visionary and moving forward, and I want to be on that train."

Many of the new agents noted that Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's leadership elsewhere in the Bay Area and nationally will help them in terms of referrals, potential buyers and business growth.

"We didn't know a lot about Coldwell Banker outside of Marin, but the more we learned about their tremendous presence in so many other markets in the Bay Area and around the country, we were stunned!" said Carol Augustus, a Tiburon REALTOR® and one of the top agents at Frank Howard Allen.

Gail Koren, an agent in Greenbrae, experienced the benefit of Coldwell Banker's expansive network and customer reach almost immediately.

"Within minutes of signing on with Coldwell Banker I was texted and emailed a question from someone who wanted to learn more about certain towns in Marin," she said. "It came through the company's great web site and I was asked to respond within 15 minutes. That is impressive!"

"Having that strong presence in so many markets is really good for us and our business right here in the North Bay," Augustus said. "There's a lot of excitement around the fact that we now will have that kind of presence throughout the country."
