Food Web Launches an Online Pop-Up Shop to Bring Curated Spanish Artisan Products to the UK

London, United Kingdom, November 17, 2013 --( The renowned artisan food website announced a pop-up shop just in time for holiday shopping and entertaining guests., which launches November 18, is a temporary online pantry filled with the finest artisan Spanish food products. The products from Pantori range from red wines to cured sheep’s milk cheeses, but they all share the following traits: they are hand-crafted, honest and coveted. The Pantori team is comprised of food lovers with years of research under their (ever-expanding) belts, and they have they meticulously researched the purveyors and their processes.

Pantori UK will offer a host of foods to the British consumer, most of which have never been available outside of local markets. The foods on offer will include Ribera del Duero wines, seafood conserves, such as the prized Cantabrian anchovy, Spanish olive oil, and hand-roasted Piquillo peppers, among many others. These products will be available until December 12.

“We love these products,” said Xabier de la Maza, co-founder of Pantori. “We wanted to offer these, some of the best products in Spain, to connect our favorite artisans to the international community.”

Pantori is a start-up created in San Sebastián, Spain, one of the world’s culinary hotspots that boasts the most Michelin stars per person and a network of incredible artisans. Pantori was created La Salsera, a food and culture marketing firm, and La Bici Roja, a technology start-up. is a website that promotes a different artisan Spanish food product daily, hand-selected by a group of young gourmands that spend the better part of their days seeking out and trying the best their country has to offer. Pantori began its mission to diffuse good eating in October 2012, and they have garnered interest from consumers as well as national media attention.
