Credit Solutions Doubles its Meals On Wheels’ Volunteers to Celebrate Three-Year Collaboration

In its third year with Meals on Wheels Association of America, Credit Solutions more than doubles its volunteer participation to feed the elderly in need.

Dallas, TX, September 20, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Credit Solutions’ employees increased their volunteer participation for Meals on Wheels Association of America (MOWAA) more than 50 percent this year. For the last three years, Credit Solutions volunteers have made helping those in need a priority.

“We chose an organization that matched our own goals,” said Credit Solutions’ Marketing Director, Heath Tudor. “Our business is about helping people out of debt to give them a better quality of life; Meals on Wheels fits into that ideal of caring for those in need perfectly,” Tudor said.

Credit Solutions was founded in 2003 with only four employees, and as the company has grown, so has its community outreach. This year, they are proud to announce its weekly, food-delivery volunteer numbers have doubled to nearly 10 percent of its workforce.

Employees from all departments of the company participate in the program. The volunteers donate an afternoon every week to deliver hot meals to senior citizens in need. Those receiving meals include the elderly who are frail, unable to leave their homes, at risk or disabled. These people may otherwise go without nourishment.
