CRP Win Sustainable Innovation Competition

Kent company Clean-Restore-Protect win major sustainable innovation competition with their nano-technology coatings.

Maidstone, United Kingdom, November 23, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Clean Restore Protect Ltd is announced as winner of a major Sustainable Innovation competition organised by the Institute of Sustainability and Better Buildings Partnership (BBP). BBP is searching for sustainable solutions to help improve commercial buildings envelope performance.

The challenge criteria have been shaped by a BBP working group of representatives from Hammerson, Land Securities and Legal and General Investment Management.

The competition is part of a range of activity undertaken by the Institute's Sustainable Innovations Forums (funded by the Climate-KIC) set up to provide active support to large buyers of climate change technologies and services and help shorten time-to-market for innovative solutions.

"We are delighted to have won this prestigious competition," said Adam Linford, CEO of Clean Restore Protect Ltd. "As a relatively young company, we have scoured the world to find the most innovative nanotechnology coatings and impregnators for the building and materials sector. Our aim from the outset has been to create a centre of excellence in this new era of Nano-Technology. To have our products recognised at such an early stage by a significant group of experts in the field, bodes well for the adoption of this new technology going forward."
