and marketing company in America, has announced the hiring of Tim Copacia as Executive Vice President, Customer Experience & Strategic Partnerships.
The addition of Copacia to the executive team broadens Outsell’s ongoing efforts to help automotive leaders convert more of their internet leads to sales, and better maintain and grow their current customer portfolios.
A seasoned agency leader with 27 years of automotive agency experience, Copacia comes to Outsell from Wunderman-Team Detroit; a WPP agency formed in 2006 to service Ford Motor Company’s marketing services business. In his role as President of Wunderman, Tim led the creation of the recently expanded consolidated agency in Detroit that comprised the former Wunderman staff, as well as select practices from JWT and Ogilvy.

Prior to Wunderman, Copacia has served as President & CEO of InterOne Marketing Group (formerly Ross Roy Communications) supporting all Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep marketing communications channels; Executive Vice President at Campbell-Ewald; Senior Vice President at BBDO Detroit directing Effie award-winning advertising campaigns for the Dodge; and 10 years at D’Arcy, Masius, Benton & Bowles (now Leo Burnett) working on brands such as Dow, FTD, Pontiac and Cadillac.
Tim Copacia has also been recognized by Crain’s Detroit Business as one of Detroit’s “Top 40 business professionals under 40.” He authored the book Truths in Advertising and is currently in the process of writing another book on creating the ultimate customer brand experience.
