Three-Day Institute for Diversity Planned by The Pascall Company

Tampa, FL, September 21, 2007 --(PR.com)-- A Three-Day Diversity Institute is scheduled for October 22, 23, and 24. It provides a wealth of new strategies, skills and tools for professionals responsible for leading, managing or executing their company’s diversity programs. It is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on each of the three days at The Centre Club, Westshore Wyndham Hotel, 123 South Westshore Blvd., Tampa.

The three-day program is offered by The Pascall Company, a Tampa-based management consulting firm specializing in diversity. According to Pascall Company’s President Teddy Pierre, “We are reaching out to those professionals and managers who want to begin, maintain or grow their organization’s diversity programs. At the end of the three days, those attending will have increased their confidence, knowledge and skill in the areas of diversity….that’s a promise. The fee for each participant is $1250 and $1000 for each additional participant from the same company. The fee for not-for-profit or government agencies is $1000 per initial participant and $750 for each additional person. This program has been approved for 18 recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI).
