)-- Simplifying the recruiting process with RecruitAX's new software
According to the survey “The ongoing impact of the recession” by the SHRM society, 66% of the organizations that are currently hiring full-time staff are having difficulties recruiting for a specific job opening. An increase from 52% reported in 2011.
“When it comes to recruitment, companies often have to face two different problems: Either they do not have enough suitable candidates, or they have too many CVs for the job position, so the selection is a long process that is difficult to handle,” says Dr. Korbinian Frank, CEO of RecruitAX. His company has developed a new software platform that faces both problems. It helps the HR departments to identify and evaluate only those CVs that meet the job opening’s requirements. And for companies that have job positions with hard requirements and therefore few candidates, RecruitAX offers a talent pool and helps with the international outreach of their job offers.
Furthermore, companies constantly have to adapt to new trends, like for example to social media or active sourcing. In accordance to the survey “Smart business workplace practices” by ERC, only 47% of all companies have an online career center and only 50% use social networks in the hiring process. Adoption of all new trends is a time- and work-intensive process which not all companies can afford, although their effectiveness in recruiting has been proven.
All of these trends can be followed saving time and money with the RecruitAX software. "With only one click, you can export your job offers to your corporative website, post them into social networks and search for candidates in the RecruitAX talent pool!" says Dr. Frank.
This software solution also adapts to the international labor market by posting in different countries of your choice. At the moment, the software operates In English, Spanish and German and the team plans to launch it in more languages within short delays.
The company came across with the idea of developing recruiting software realizing with the previously mentioned issues that companies have to face.
“Companies can try our free version, and we are always available for them to answer any question,” says Dr. Korbinian Frank.
