The Metro Atlanta Fire Fighter Conference (MAFFC) is announcing its 2014 conference sponsorship levels. The 2014 conference will occur May 16-18 with the classroom sessions being offered at the Cobb County Safety Village and practical hands on classes being offered at several fire training grounds across the Metro Atlanta area.

The MAFFC conference is an excellent place for manufacturers and distributors of fire related equipment to display or demonstrate products in front of hundreds of fire professionals. Compared to the sponsorship cost of other fire related conferences, MAFFC is a very cost effective way to get your products in front of the fire professionals who use them everyday.

The MAFFC 2014 sponsorship levels are as follows:
Recruit:
· Donate an item for raffle at MAFFC social event or for the instructor’s gift bag.
Rookie: $500+
· Link on MAFFC website (maffc.org) & logo on screen at social event.
1 Bugle: $1000+
· Link on MAFFC website (maffc.org) & logo on screen at social event.
· Table at social event to present your product to gathered firefighters.
(Additional cost for additional tables)
2 Bugle: $2000+
· 2 Bugle package plus next two bullets
· Small size logo on flyers & conference banners.
· Advertisement in conference program.
3 Bugle: $3000+
· Internet Commercial with mass distribution through social media
· 2 Bugle package plus the next bullet
· Medium size logo on flyers & conference banners
4 Bugle: $5000-$7499
· Internet Commercial with mass distribution through social media
· Prominent link on MAFFC website (maffc.org) & logo on screen at social event.
· Table at social event to present your product to gathered firefighters.
· Large size logo on flyers& conference banners
· Full-page ad in conference program.
Instructor’s Friend:
· Sponsor one of our out of town instructors directly!
· Donate in the amount of a specific instructor’s travel, hotel and per diem expenses.
· Your company’s name and logo will be placed on the instructors sign outside the classroom as the course sponsor.
· Prominent link on MAFFC website (maffc.org) & logo on screen at social event acknowledging your sponsorship of the specific class
Partnership Package:
5 Bugle: $7500 or higher -Custom marketing package to include:
· Internet Commercial with mass distribution through social media
· All items prescribed in 1-through 4 bugle
· Marketing through all MAFOA events for the entire year
o MAFOA Events
- MAFFC weekend and Bash
- Metro Atlanta Extrication & Technical Rescue Conference
- Any MAFOA affiliated event such as golf tournaments or Truck Shows in the 2014 year

The social event will be the Firefighter’s Banquet and Bash on the evening of Saturday, May 17th 2014. They offer their sponsors direct interaction with fire service clientele within a festive atmosphere. There will be no competing with classroom time and waiting on classroom breaks to market your products. The sponsor access will be for the entire Banquet and Bash time except during microphone activities of the guest speaker, sponsor spots, and any awards that may be given. Last year’s event was a resounding success. This year’s bash will be held at the Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria 200 Interstate North Parkway SE · Atlanta, Georgia 30339.

MAFFC is an event of the Metro Atlanta Fire Officer’s Association (MAFOA). MAFOA is a non-profit organization with 501(c) 3 status. Sponsorship checks should be made out to MAFOA and mailed to:

MAFFC is quickly becoming the leading fire training and exhibition conference in the Southeast United States. The conference offers fire fighters fire ground practical training opportunities, classroom instruction and networking with other fire professionals. Attendees will learn new techniques, see new technologies and equipment and gain from the valuable experiences of some of the top instructors in the fire service. MAFFC provides this invaluable experience at little to no cost for attendees. All classroom sessions are free of charge and hands on classes only cost $25 to cover the cost of supplies.
