Execulink’s Movember Campaign Fundraises Over $5,000

Woodstock, Canada, December 14, 2013 --(PR.com)-- Execulink is once again proving their commitment to the community by raising over $5,000 towards men’s health, with their Movember fundraising campaign.

In addition to funds raised by Execulink employees (individually and as a team), the telecommunications provider hosted an online vote asking their customers to decide on the best employee moustache or “ExecuStache.” Execulink donated $1 for every vote that was cast. An internal competition also took place with a celebrity judge – Joan Stevens - choosing a winner. Execulink CEO Ian Stevens then made a donation, matching the funds raised by the winner.

“We have made a commitment to give back to our community, and this was a fun way of doing just that,” says Stevens, who also participated in this month-long commitment. “We are very excited about the success of this campaign – both the funds-raised and the awareness that was generated.”
Execulink plans to make their Movember campaign an annual event. For a full breakdown of how the money was raised, visit www.execulink.ca/movember-2013.
