)-- Stephanie Kellogg of McKim & Creed’s Raleigh office has received her Professional Engineer license from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors.
Kellogg is a graduate of North Carolina State University with a degree in civil engineering. She is a project engineer specializing in municipal water and wastewater design for treatment, collection and distribution, including preliminary engineering studies, detailed design documents, permitting, bid phase administration, and funding applications. She joined McKim & Creed in 2006.
