Hartford, CT, January 11, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- ConnecticutAuctions.com has launched a new website where auction schedules are presented in a variety of formats. The website features a concise auctions list, a standard monthly calendar grid view and an auctioneer company directory. Featured auctions include real estate foreclosures, storage units, estate / property auctions and vehicle auctions.
The primary focus of Connecticut Auctions is to present a complete list of in-person, live auctions conducted throughout the State of Connecticut. Auctioneers can add and manage their company profiles and add multiple auctions to the auction calendars. Website visitors can search, view and download auction event information in the iCal file format.
ConnecticutAuctions.com is a free to use website for both visitors and auctioneer contributors. Auctioneers can contact their customer support manager directly to have an account setup.
"We provide a free and complete resource for auction goers to find upcoming live auctions in the State of Connecticut," said Shannon Reed, Customer Service Manager. "We also provide auctioneers an easy way to add their auctions to the calendars and to manage their company profile. Auctioneers can add a variety of media to their listings including text descriptions, photos of their lots as well as videos.
"We are adding more features and functions to the website to help auction seekers find auctions more quickly and to help auctioneers more easily manage their auction listings and company information. We are currently working on a new Application Programming Interface (API) that will allow auctioneers to integrate their existing auction listing systems and websites to ours. This interface will allow auctioneers to add their auctions to our website automatically, saving them time.
"The same interface will also allow auction goers to more easily add auction event information from our system to their calendars and Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS) like Google Calendar, SalesforceCRM and ZohoCRM. We are finding many auction attendees as well as auctioneers use a CRMS to help them organize their activities. Our API will help integrate our system with their system."
ConnecticutAuctions.com focuses on auctions held only in the State of Connecticut and does not list on-line auctions on their website. Additionally, only auctioneers licensed to do business in the state of Connecticut are listed in the auctioneers directory.
