Andi Bowe, CSIRI.ORG Director, will perform a medley of classical and popular songs on the KAWAI Grand Piano at the Anacortes Library this Sunday, January 19th, 2014, from 2-2:30 PM. This is a free concert sponsored by CSIRI.ORG, the Computer Social Impact Research Institute, a local 501c3 since 2007.

Anacortes, WA, January 18, 2014 --(PR.com)-- From 2-2:30 PM this Sunday, January 19th, there will be a free concert in Anacortes WA at the local library on 10th and M.

CSIRI sponsors diverse programs for community counseling and service hours training problem teens and their families in how to use art and music to heal victims of cancer and domestic violence victims.

In this spirit, the Director volunteers to play free concerts at the local library, often recording these performances and putting them on youtube for anyone to watch later with internet access.

Family friendly and free to the general public, these concerts provide listening enjoyment as a soft background during normal library hours.

Andi Bowe had nine years of training with the Sherwood Music school in Chicago as part of a course to become a piano teacher, and she uses many of the compositions as part of her repetoire. This Sunday she has chosen some classical pieces, some popular tunes from the last century, including two songs by the Beatles: Let it Be. and Long and Winding Road.

Come and hear with your family before going home to watch the game.

Aloha from the Director and all the CSIRI.ORG volunteers.
