Walton obtained his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, graduating cum laude, and earning the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Practice, Advanced Mediation Advocacy and his Clinical Internship. As a plaintiff’s only attorney, Walton focuses his practice on elder abuse cases involving nursing home abuse and neglect, financial abuse of the elderly, and catastrophic personal injury.
