Mrs. Sudha Menon, Principal, North Point School and Mr. Moiz Miyajiwala, Trustee, Anjuman-I-Islam at Making Champs Graduation Event

Mumbai, India, January 25, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The first batch of Making CHAMPS Level 1 program completed their curriculum in Dec 2013. The students were awarded medals and certificate in a program held on 18th Jan 2014 at Gandharva Mahavidyalaya, Vashi. Chief guests for the event were Mrs. Sudha Menon, Principal, North Point School and Mr Moiz Miyajiwala, Trustee, Anjuman-I-Islam.

The program was anchored by students of Making CHAMPS and was attended by students and parents. Mrs. Menon in her address urged the parents to allow the children to choose the career of their choice, be firm with the children if they want them to get disciplined and ensure that the self image of the child is held high. She urged the students to be open to all subjects so that eventually they can make a right choice.

Mr Moiz Miyajiwala in his address covered wide variety of issues: the reason for poor quality of teachers and poor quality of graduates. He also urged the parents not only to focus on medical and engineering courses but also allow children to become entrepreneurial.

The graduating batch told the audience about what have they learnt at Making CHAMPS and where are they using these learnings. The parents of the graduating batch endorsed the view of their children and spoke about how the program is helping them.

Making CHAMPS is a program for developing personality, EQ and IQ of school children and is founded by Prasanna Pahade (MBA, IIM Calcutta) and Mili Pahade (CA)
