Ben Peterson Joins Board of Advisors

Founder and former CEO of online dating firm MingleMatch and member of Utah Angels Investment Group adds expertise to hosted technology firm.

Ben Peterson was the founder and CEO of the online dating firm MingleMatch, Inc., bootstrapping his company and, by focusing on the growing niche of social networking websites, grew from zero to millions of members. MingleMatch was acquired by publicly-held Spark Networks (LOV) in 2005. He has a great deal of expertise in the areas of online subscription models, advertising models, and social networking.

Prior to MingleMatch, Mr. Peterson was Senior Vice President of Business Development and Online Advertising Sales for (what is now Omniture), and co-founder of Allegiance Technologies.

He currently serves on the board of the Center for Economic Development of Orem, and is an active member of the Utah Angels Investment Group.

Mr. Peterson graduated from Brigham Young University in Business Management with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship.
