Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association (CT REIA) Announces Its February 2014 Monthly Meeting in Meriden, CT

On February 17 in Meriden, CT the Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, will be hosting its monthly meeting. This is a free event open to everybody.

West Hartford, CT, February 12, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Connecticut Real Estate Investors Association, or CT REIA, is announcing its monthly meeting on February 17, 2014. This meeting will take place from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Four Points Sheraton, located at 275 Research Parkway in Meriden, CT. This event will discuss creative financing opportunities for real estate investors in Connecticut. This event is free and open to everybody.

Attendees of this event will learn: how to attract profit-making deals within 7 days; why 95% of most real estate investors fail; how to buy real estate with no money down; why real estate can be the ideal investment in today's market; how to market for deals and avoid the competition; how to prescreen the deals; how to control and make money with the property; how to close with other people's money; how to cash the checks; and much more.

Attendees of this event will also learn how CT REIA members: have raised millions of dollars; flipped properties in days; found their properties; developed their team; got started; used tools to invest; found the best deals, have closed quickly with the banks; and much more. At 5:45 is the networking with vendors portion of the event. Attendees will be able to visit each vendor and discover how they can help a business. At 6:00 is the Early Bird Workshop. CT REIA members walk you through successful deals they have done. At 6:30 is the Speed Networking portion of the event. At 7:00 pm is the member deals and raffle portion of the event. Attendees are encouraged to bring deals and present them to other investors. At 7:15 the team of experts will speak to those in attendance. They will discuss how to own and/or control real estate in Connecticut
