Makaan.com Rolls Out "Instant Call Back"

Gurgaon, India, February 27, 2014 --(PR.com)-- India's Makaan.com recently rolled out it newest feature the 'Instant Call-Back', in an attempt to provide faster connection between potential property buyers with home sellers.

The 'Instant Call Back' link is provided on each property listing. Should a buyer be interested in a property and wishes to connect with a seller, he/she submits a few basic details, and the system initiates an instant call to the seller. Once the seller replies, the call is patched to the buyer’s phone. According to Makkan, the whole process is completed in just under a minute in over 92% of cases. In case, either the buyer or the seller is unable to take the call, the system re-attempts the call after a brief wait period. Currently this service is free of charge to anyone who uses it.

Aditya Verma, CEO of Makaan.com, said: “When the buyers are browsing through the property details, they have many questions in their mind. If they are able to get an instant answer, they are more likely to conclude the transaction.” The service was introduced in the city of Delhi, in January, and according to the property portal, based on the positive feedback from both buyers and sellers, it is now available pan India.
