Ask Gina & Company Sold Peace Plantation Townhome on Paddington Station Ter.

Sterling, VA, March 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Ask Gina & Company, with Keller Williams Loudoun Gateway, sold the Peace Plantation townhome at 45665 Paddington Station Terrace in Sterling, Virginia for above asking price. The buyers took out a conventional loan to purchase the NOVA home for a price of $364,000. The Sterling townhome was originally listed for $354,000 and was on the market for five days.

"In today's market, bringing a seller an over asking price offer is not the hard part - the challenge comes in getting it to the settlement table. Appraisals, inspections and the like all threaten the final sales price and we work diligently to make sure property values continue to rise," said Gina Tufano.
