Fort Myers, FL, March 28, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A., is pleased to announce that Attorney Carlos A. Kelly, a stockholder in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group, has been elected Vice President of the Southwest Florida Museum of History Foundation Board.

He has been published by The Florida Bar and writes on eminent domain topics on Henderson Franklin’s blog, The Legal Scoop on Southwest Florida Real Estate.
