Greater Phoenix Market Perspective: At April's monthly meeting, Mike Orr, a highly regarded expert on the Greater Phoenix Real Estate Market, provides a unique insight on the market from an investor's perspective. He will analyze the current conditions and trends and give members his prediction for the future. Mike is the Director of the Center for Real Estate Theory & Practice within the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Disclosures for Creative Real Estate Investors: Real estate investors acquiring or selling property via Lease/Option/Purchase, Subject To, Wholesale, dealing with distressed homeowners and paying less than market value for the property or using Seller Financing need to ensure proper disclosures are done.
