According to G.I. Jobs magazine, military skills are attractive to employers. Team-building, leadership and plan execution are valuable job skills because they are difficult and expensive to teach. From a corporate perspective, employers seek military applicants because of their varied backgrounds, commonality, leadership, teamwork, and loyalty skills. William Penn University College for Working Adults encompasses these same aspects of leadership in its core curriculum for its degree programs (Associate, Bachelor, Master).

William Penn University College for Working Adults is again named one of the nation’s top “Military-Friendly Schools,” by G.I. Jobs magazine.
