St. Louis Art Gallery Relocates

Hilliker Corporation represents tenant in lease of well-known restaurant space.

St. Louis, MO, April 05, 2014 --(PR.com)-- After 20 years in the West End, a local gallery relocated to Clayton where a well-known restaurant was in business for 40 years.

Shearburn Gallery recently moved to 665 S. Skinker Blvd., which was originally the home of John’s Town Hall restaurant and its famous Medart hamburger. Founded in 1993 by owner William Shearburn, the gallery represents a broad spectrum of local, national and international works of art. The gallery hosts exhibitions throughout the year to showcase various artists. Business hours are Mon. through Fri. from noon to five p.m. and by appointment.

Hilliker Corporation agent Jeff Altvater represented the tenant in this 10 year lease of the building, which had $150,000 worth of renovations. Collier’s Dave Morris represented the landlord.
