How 9th Dot works
Using the 9th Dot mobile app is simple. After downloading the app, users are able to share a quick overview of a situation they’ve encountered (e.g. I don’t like waiting in line for 20 minutes just for a soda), and then share a proposed improvement (e.g. have a 3rd drive thru window for express orders). Consumers are provided with a simple and consistent user experience, and their ideas are securely stored until they are reviewed by the business. Businesses are able to log in through a customized account and review the various ideas submitted by their customers in real-time. “Despite having just gone live, we have already started building a broad base of users, which is really the necessary ingredient to deliver insightful content to businesses on an ongoing basis,” said Spurlock.
