Las Vegas, NV, April 27, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Monarch Lacrosse announced today the dates and locations for three more box lacrosse clinics to take place this summer. Bellingham, Wash., Irvine, Calif., and San Antonio, Tex., are the latest added to what will be a busy summer schedule for Monarch Lacrosse.

Monarch Lacrosse Director of Lacrosse Operations Lewis Ratcliff will be joined by Brett Hickey and Tyler Garrison in Bellingham for a box lacrosse clinic June 14-15 at the Bellingham Sportsplex. The clinic is open to lacrosse players in grades 4-12 who will have the opportunity to learn from pro players and understand the benefits that box lacrosse has on their field lacrosse game. Ratcliff ran numerous clinics in Bellingham as part of the Stealth Lacrosse Academy during his time with the National Lacrosse League’s Washington Stealth, and is excited to bring box lacrosse back to the area.

“Both the coaches and athletes in the Bellingham area have seen firsthand how box lacrosse increases a player’s stick skills and lacrosse IQ,” said Ratcliff. “They are hungry for more and with the implementation of the Monarch Lacrosse system in their programs. We can help continue the growth of lacrosse in the area.”

Field lacrosse has taken Southern California by storm, and now athletes in Orange County will have the opportunity to take their game to the next level. On July 31st, Monarch Lacrosse will bring pro player box lacrosse instruction to the Irvine Rinks in Irvine, Calif. The Monarch coaching staff for this clinic will be announced in the coming weeks.

Monarch has already announced one camp in Texas, visiting the Austin area August 4-6. It will remain in the Lone Star State August 7-8 for a two-day clinic in San Antonio. Pro players Ratcliff, Garrison and Mitch McMichael will bring the first box lacrosse clinic in the San Antonio area to the Alamo Indoor Soccer Complex for youth lacrosse players grades 4-8.

Online registration for these camps is now open and space is very limited. Visit www.monarchlax.com for more information, including coaching rosters for each camp.
