Monica Sapp has over 20 years in the healthcare arena with specialization in the areas of management, documentation, education, analysis and compliance across many healthcare environments and last be not least, Andrey Coaxman, who has been a speaker for PMI since 2006 and is a Certified Healthcare Instructor with more than fifteen years of well-rounded experience in the healthcare industry. She has overseen the development and implementation of policy and procedures relating to practice management, risk management and compliance based on federal, state, NCQA, HIPAA and OSHA standards.
