Goodhart joins AIA as the company’s Northeast Regional Manager where he will be working closely in the field with franchisees in the northeastern region of the United States. Armed with a 20-year career in sales and experience from companies including Hudson Valley Umbrella, Barker Jones, Trivec and Goodhart Enterprises, Goodhart is well-equipped to handle the responsibilities of his new position.
Mingo’s position as Director of Corporate Recruiting will focus on developing leads and relationships with potential franchisees and vendors in conjunction with the company’s overall business development efforts. His experience in the field has been extensive, holding recruiting and managerial positions at Goldman Promotions, The Vernon Company, National Print & Packaging Services and Indoff. He also worked for AIA as a recruiter in 2002.
