Success in Seniors Real Estate Classes Comes to Four Cities

Seniors Real Estate Institute brings their two day course to Houston, Sacramento, Minneapolis and Seattle.

Austin, TX, May 31, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Throughout the month of June, the Seniors Real Estate Institute is once again taking their Success in Seniors Real Estate course on the road. Real estate agents and senior housing professionals in Houston, TX, Sacramento, CA, Minneapolis, MN, and Seattle, WA can participate in this comprehensive two-day course to learn how to create partnerships with local aging services professionals, develop a specialized service model for older adults and caregivers, and work with senior living communities to better serve downsizing seniors.

The Success in Seniors Real Estate course gives students a blueprint from which they can create an individualized strategy tailored to their unique business plan increasing referral opportunities and personal satisfaction.

“When it comes to working with seniors in real estate transactions, there’s a lot to be aware of, including emotional minefields and physical considerations that may slow the moving process. Our course helps real estate agents and senior housing professionals to be more aware of those issues so they can address them with care a compassion allowing the mature home owners to move at a pace that best serves their situation,” remarks Nikki Buckelew, Co-Founder and CEO of the Seniors Real Estate and course instructor.

Those seniors real estate and housing professionals participating in the two-day workshops will receive a complete workbook with scripts, worksheets and resources, marketing strategies, professional branding examples, and training in communication techniques and processes to assist clients with late-life moves.

Attendees may earn the Certified Senior Housing Professionals (CSHP) credential following the course and additional requirements such as a post-course action plan, exam, and reference verification. Completion of the Success in Seniors Real Estate course is a requirement for obtaining the advanced credential.
