Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning Showing Support for X Games in Austin

Austin, TX, June 02, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning has been showcasing window displays to the passersby of Lamar street since August of 2010. And now they've taken the opportunity to make their best one yet - a BMX-inspired exhibit in honor of the upcoming X Games that are coming to Austin June 5-8.

After moving the shop to their current location, owner Brad Casebier wanted to take a window that faced traffic and turn it into something fun for people to look at. Because Radiant is a plumbing company, it seemed to be a no-brainer that the main attraction would incorporate a toilet.

And from that simple idea, over 50 window displays were born. Most notably, "The Clogging Dead," "Game of Thrones," "Toilet Says Flush," and "The Few, The Proud, The Latrines." You can view more of Radiant's window displays here.

Marketing Director Kyle Latham who is now in charge of display designs said, "I love the reactions that we get from everyone driving by. At least two people per week will pull over and stop to get their own photo of our creations."

When the confirmation of the X Games in Austin was announced, Radiant Plumbing & Air Conditioning jumped on the chance to create a display that would be difficult to top.

Casebier said, "This is the first time that we have actually had our star - the toilet - hanging upside down. We tried to capture the spirit and athletic artistry that is displayed within the various competitions at the X Games and hopefully we did the sport of BMX justice."
