Get-Regional Seeks Local Vendors and Performers for Tampapalooza

Tampa, FL, June 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Get-Regional, a local company that is spearheading the buy local movement, is proud to present its very first Tampapalooza Festival, celebrating everything that's local in Tampa Bay. They are currently seeking local vendors, performers and artists to showcase at this two day festival that is being held to raise awareness to the power of buying local.

“We want Tampapalooza to be the largest event of its kind in the history of Tampa Bay. Making purchases from independent and locally owned businesses is the most effective means of invigorating our local economy, and our goal is to introduce as many local businesses as possible to our local residents,” said Heather Ray, Event Organizer.

Tampapalooza will be held on August 2nd and 3rd at the Florida State Fairgrounds from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM both Saturday and Sunday. This Free family and pet friendly event will showcase local businesses, performers, artists and food. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers Street Team will be bringing the Play 60 program and the Battlestar Galactica Cylon Raider starfighter will be there for children of all ages to check out.
