Beneva Solution's Floral Prodigy was developed by the company's founder, Arthur Conforti, who first developed the system to track his own flower shop's marketing efforts. The tool, which can integrate with Teleflora's RTI point-of-sale system, provides florists with statistics including the number of phone calls, average order value and repeat customers from each marketing campaign.
In addition to an easy-to-use reporting portal, the system sends a daily email report to keep marketing results at owners' fingertips.
