BJAC Higher Education Project Director to Present at AIA North Carolina Design Conference

In Amster’s presentation, titled “New Bern’s Tryon Place: Building Consensus for Success in Complex, Community-Based Projects,” she will discuss the process of revitalizing an abandoned urban riverfront site into a thriving civic center, as well as how to create a project that combines a number of complex program requirements and how to use the consensus-building approach to develop a more successful complex, community-based project.
