San Diego-based Zephyr Partners broke ground on its new SummerHouse community – an enclave of 35 ocean and lagoon view luxury homes – located in Carlsbad.

San Diego, CA, July 05, 2014 --( Zephyr Partners is raising the bar for condo living with its new SummerHouse community – an enclave of 35 ocean and lagoon view luxury homes – located in the heart of Carlsbad.
