ABA's New Book, "Business Torts: A Practical Guide to Litigation," Co-Edited by Jeffrey R. Teeters, a partner in the Cincinnati office of Buckley King.

Cincinnati, OH, August 02, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Jeffrey R. Teeters, a partner with the law firm of Buckley King, is Co-Editor of the new book “Business Torts: A Practical Guide to Litigation” published by the American Bar Association’s First Chair Press, a “how to” guide on litigating business torts cases. Teeters and co-editor, Bradley P. Nelson of Schopf & Weiss, led this project for the ABA Section of Litigation’s Business Torts and Unfair Competition Committee. Contributors include seasoned litigators, jury consultants, and former judges to provide guidance on taking business tort cases from investigation through trial.

Teeters is Partner-In-Charge of Buckley King’s Cincinnati office and chairs the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He is recognized by “Best Lawyers in America” and as one of the “Top 50 Lawyers in Cincinnati.” Teeters is the former Editor-in-Chief of the ABA’s publication, Litigation News.
