Tailgating Industry Leader Inks Deal with Philly's Own Phan Cave

Philadelphia, PA, August 09, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Tailgating is synonymous with Philadelphia sports. It’s decades long tradition and as important as breathing on game days to Philly Phans. That’s where the gurus at Phan Cave come in. “They take the hassle out of tailgating and you just show up." What’s different about Phan Cave, a Philly tailgating start-up is that it’s owned by women. As the first tailgating WOB (women owned business) in the area, founders Jacqueline McDevitt and Colleen O’Hara bask in the excitement of being a first in a heavily male dominated pastime.

As Division I collegiate athletes, McDevitt and O’Hara get sports. McDevitt’s first word as a baby was “Goal!” after spending many nights on the lap of her grandfather, an avid Philadelphia Flyers fan who watched the game on mute and listened to the announcers on the radio. O’Hara, a 2x All-American at Penn State University lived the big football college experience; social life was scheduled around football season festivities. The two collaborated earlier this summer to bring Philadelphia Phan Cave.

Phan Cave provides a 30’ trailer loaded with TV’s, bathrooms, games and bars; they want to reach all ends of the Phan spectrum. “We want everyone to know they have an option for an amazing tailgate with all the amenities but convenience at the core. From families to die-hards, we can provide you with an exciting and easy tailgating experience. You just show up.”

TailgaterMagazine.com and Tailgater have established a brand that represents the lifestyle of tailgating. Tailgater has steadily grown into a multi level platform for everything tailgating has signed a contract with Phan Cave naming them Philadelphia’s “Parking Lot Pro.” / Official Event Partner.

What is a “Parking Lot Pro” you ask? TGM founder Randy Dye depicts it as this, “The Parking Lot Pro network are Official Event Partners of Tailgater. This is a proprietary grass roots network of professional tailgate/event clubs that provide a catered experience for anyone wanting to have a hassle free tailgate experience at an event. McDevitt spoke about the newly inked partnership with TGM. “We could not be more excited about the opportunity to work with TGM!
