Katy is the Manager of Employee Programs at Crowley where she manages the corporate wellness program in addition to the charitable giving program and supports the talent management and employee survey processes. Katy has double major bachelor degrees in Management and Marketing with an emphasis in sales and customer relationship management from Florida State University. Katy focuses on increasing employee engagement, promoting the wellness culture and increasing overall health of the employees.

She continually strives to grow and develop in the health and wellness field through further education, freelance writing on corporate wellness and speaking opportunities. She is certified as a Corporate Wellness Program Coordinator, Nutrition and Wellness Consultant, and Personal Trainer.

Katy will also be presenting with Amy Cohen on the topic “Breaking the Boundaries of Well-being.” This session will explore how to motivate a population to make their health a priority and take action steps for sustained engagement. Participants of this session will leave with 20 essential elements that will identify key motivators to inspire change that attendees can put into practice.
