Bitcoins the New Hope for Small Charities as Bitcoin-a-Thon for A Slice of Hope Kicks Off

New York, NY, August 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- On Monday, August 18th, 2014 at Satoshi Square, non-profit organization A Slice Of Hope will celebrate their commencement of digital currency donations during their very first “Bitcoin-A-Thon for Hope.”

“Bitcoins are a mystery for most charities,” said Obaid Kadwani, Founder of A Slice of Hope. “It is scary to figure out how Bitcoins work and how they can be used. At the Bitcoin-a-thon for Hope, individuals as well as organizations can see how easy it can be.”

With the new digital currency market, small charities like A Slice Of Hope have a larger pool of donors to help better reach their goals. A Slice Of Hope works to feed the body and the soul by creating uplifting celebrations and motivations; offering at hot meal, entertainment, and support to individuals in homeless shelters.

Enjoy a celebration of free pizza, live music, dancing, and an open bar.
