)-- Steve Santos has been a resident and volunteer in the Bryan/College Station area for the last 20 years. After graduating college in 1998 he received his real estate license and has never looked back. He is involved with his community because he believes in the "Get By Giving" philosophy.
Steve has been a volunteer of Youth Baseball, Elder Aid, Rotary, M.S. Foundation, Ride Marshal, Habitat for Humanities, Home Host to Bible School Instructors (summers) and an active member of my church.
Steve was recently baptized as an adult and the concept of God, Family, Business has been an eye opener. Being a REALTOR for 20 years has given Steve the opportunities to do so much. Steve has been to real estate conferences for the last 10 consecutive years because he wants to lead his clients in the smartest way possible. Steve believes, “If you stop learning, you stop leading.”
Steve will always be thankful for the people who went out of their way to help him and he does the same for friends, family, and clients in their next real estate transaction. Steve Santos and The Santos Group have completed the Keller Williams Bold program. Bold’s business objective is: A life by design. Over seven weeks, Bold conditions agents with powerful mindset exercises, language techniques, business-building strategies and lead generation activities. This provides the agent with a higher understanding on how to better their real estate business.
Out of all the producing agents, the ones who took Bold in 2012 Average a Gross Commission Income of $102,535 while non-Bold agents average $46,893 in Gross Commission Income. Bold agents sold 79.6% more dollar volume and sold 85.6% more unites then agents who did not complete this course.
During Bold, Steve was conditioned to adopt the mindset and the activities that allowed him to cut through the clutter and head straight for his dreams. He stopped living by default and stepped up to living by design.

Maps Mastery Coaching is provided by Keller Williams and delivers an exclusive personal, high-accountability, weekly coaching program designed to increase productivity and profits immediately. This program helps Steve make the best decisions on who to recruit to his team, who will best represents Steve’s beliefs, standards, and practices. Recruit select helps Steve understand his team’s behavior and personality then and matching each client with the best fit team member for that client’s needs.
