North Carolina Chapter Of The Association For Information And Image Management Launches Enterprise Content Management Program

First In Flight Chapter To Conduct ECM Training For Members.

Morrisville, NC, January 20, 2006 --( Timothy Kesler, President of the North Carolina First in Flight Chapter of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM), has announced that the chapter will be the first to offer the new AIIM Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Certification Program as part of its monthly meetings. The chapter will launch the program at its 2006 kick-off meetings which will be held in Raleigh at the Hilton Raleigh-Durham Tuesday, Jan. 24 and the Marriott Courtyard in Charlotte Thursday, Jan. 26. Through the First in Flight Chapter, those who enroll in the program will receive their ECM training in segments at each monthly meeting. At the end of the year, participants who complete the program will receive their ECM practitioner and specialist designations. The chapter invites anyone interested or who needs certification in record capturing, digital preservation, compliance, emerging technology, data access, data security and data disclosure to attend.
