Overland Park, KS, September 03, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Phoenix Home Care, Inc., announced that it has reached a definitive agreement to acquire Essential Health Care, a premier health care provider in the greater Kansas City region on the Kansas side.

Essential Health Care, which delivers home health and private duty services, is an industry leader of health care services offered in the home. Jason and Gigi Mateo started Essential Health Care after moving to the United States 30 years ago. They have earned a strong reputation for personalized service and client care.
